Our Ministries: College
Central Baptist Church has a thriving College & Career Ministry serving students ages 18-24 years old. We minister to students of Georgia Southwestern State University and South Georgia Technical College. Our desire is to equip young adults with the word of God so that they can face the challenges of today’s culture.

College Ministry meets weekly for Sunday morning Bible Study at 9:30 a.m. We also encourage these students to attend the evening Prayer Meeting at 6:15 p.m. each Wednesday. In addition, we host monthly fellowship activities and a fall retreat. We encourage our young adults to connect to this body of believers and serve as well as being served. They are invited to participate in our mission trips, sing in the choir, participate in the orchestra, help with Children’s Ministries and find their place of service here at Central Baptist Church.
